What this sets up

✓A Vote on the Tier List reward on your channel, where viewers type a message.
✓An overlay that shows your tier list on stream. It needs one browser source in OBS and updates live as you rank.
✓Votes count toward whichever item you've spotlit in Overlay settings, and chat watches the tally tick up on the overlay.
